Transcript of Records will be issued by the receiving institution no later than X weeks after the assessment period has finished at the receiving HEI.

Transcripts of Records (TOR, documenting credits earned at the Eskişehir Technical University) will be issued by Eskişehir Technical University Central Student Affairs. After the end of semester (not before) International Office required all TOR's from Central Affairs and it will be sent your home university by International Office with your Confirmation Letter in 2 - 4 weeks

Termination of the agreement
In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 2022 will only take effect as of 1 September 2028+1. The termination clauses must include the following disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict."]
